Fighters Respond to the UFC-USADA Separation:

“Will Everyone Be On Steroids?”

The recent announcement by the US Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) regarding its split from the UFC has generated significant buzz within the MMA community. Fighters have taken to social media to share their views on this development.

The unexpected news, directly from USADA, about ending its association with the UFC has elicited a multitude of reactions from fighters. The combat sports world appears divided about what this means for the sport.

One outspoken fighter queried,

“Is everyone taking steroids starting in January?”

This question showcases the concerns many fighters possess about the potential for diminished anti-doping oversight.

With all this USADA talk going on.. We know there is a certain group of guys who played by the rules, and a major group that didn't/doesn’t .. and now that the rules are somewhat unknown .. at least there’s some potential for a level playing field..
