Dos Anjos will look to bounce back after losing a five round decision to Colby Covington back at UFC 225 in June. Prior to that setback, dos Anjos has picked up three straight wins at welterweight including a victory over former champion Robbie Lawler.
As for Usman, the former ‘Ultimate Fighter’ winner returns to his old stomping grounds while looking to take another step towards title contention.
Usman has gone undefeated in the UFC including a win over former title contender Demian Maia in his most recent performance.
Dos Anjos vs. Usman will headline the card that will also feature the finals from the heavyweight and women’s featherweight tournaments on the reality show.
Bantamweights Pedro Munhoz and Bryan Caraway are also scheduled to meet on the card as well as Gilbert Melendez taking on Arnold Allen.
