Welterweight Showdown As Danny Roberts Faces Claudio Silva At UFC London
A mouth-watering welterweight clash has been added to UFC London on March 16 with Danny “Hot Chocolate” Roberts taking on Claudio “Hannibal” Silva.
Roberts (16-3) is currently a two-fight win streak having put back-to-back wins together against Oliver Enkamp and then David Zawada. The Brit has a 5-2 records in the UFC with further victories over Bobby Nash, Dominique Steele and Nathan Coy. His only losses in the promotion came against Mike Perry at UFC 206 and then Nordine Taleb at UFC on Fox 26. Roberts will now look to make it three in a row, but he will have to do what no man has done since Nov 2007 when he takes on Silva in London.

Silva (12-1) spent nearly four-years on the sidelines battling knee injuries between Nov. 2014 and 2018. The Brazilian made his return at UFC Fight Night 130 where he defeated Taleb in Liverpool, England. Silva also has a further two victories under the UFC banner having also picked up wins over Leon Edwards and Brad Scott.
Also officially announced for UFC London, Molly McCann will faces Priscila Cachoeira.
