Luke Rockhold is in the unenviable position of training alongside Volkan Oezdemir as he prepares to face off with Daniel Cormier at UFC 220 this weekend.

It’s an awkward spot because Rockhold has been friends and teammates with Cormier for years but in recent months the former middleweight champion has been spending the majority of his time in Florida working out of the same camp as Oezdemir.

In the latest episode of UFC Embedded, Rockhold answers that question about training with Oezdemir while he’s simultaneously preparing to face off with one of his best friends.
