Video: Nordine Taleb Savagely Knocks Out Danny Roberts In Under A Minute

Canadian Nordine Taleb finished his year in style with a savage knockout of Danny Roberts at UFC on Fox 26 last evening.

Both men came into the bout off the back of wins and with the opportunity of getting themselves in touching distance of the top-15 at 170-pounds with another victory.

The bout opened up with Roberts looking to land a head kick, but the same move would end up accounting for his own downfall and with just 55-seconds on the clock, Taleb landed kick that pushed his back straight into the fence.

With Roberts clearly very dazed, Taleb rushed in with a follow up elbow and the Englishman slumped to the mat. With Roberts unable to defend himself, the referee called the bout off and the fight was over with less than a minute on the clock.

Taleb has now put back-to-back wins together following a win over Oliver Enkamp in May. He’s now taken his UFC record to 6-2 with that win last evening.
