(Video) Nathaniel Wood Says He Will KO Johnny Eduardo In One Round At UFC Utica
“This time next year I’m going to be chasing the title, but this next fight I’m going to be putting Johnny Eduardo out inside a round.”
Nathaniel Wood is in a confident mood ahead of his UFC debut on June 1 at UFC Utica.
The Brit will take on Johnny Eduardo next month and will be looking to extend his wining streak to six against the Brazilian. Wood signed for the UFC last month after defending his Cage Warriors bantamweight title for the second time against Luca Iovine at the Cage Warriors 92: Super Saturday event on March 24.
Earlier this week, Wood spoke to MMANytt about his upcoming debut and the challenges of fighting abroad for the first time.
The Londoner also spoke about the likes of TJ Dillashaw, Cody Garbrandt and how long he thinks it will take for him to challenge for the 135-pounds world title.
