His suspension and fine have been tough, but he is determined to move forward and prove his worth as Bellator’s lightweight champion.

Shabliy (24-3) is a formidable opponent, riding a five-fight winning streak in Bellator, including a notable victory over former champion Patricky Pitbull. Originally, this fight was expected to be the final of the Bellator lightweight Grand Prix before Bellator’s acquisition by PFL shifted the landscape.
