UFC 303: Two more fights are set for Conor McGregor’s event!

UFC 303 is shaping up! Joe Pyfer is booked. Either way, "Karate Hottie" is going to win.

On June 29, UFC star Conor McGregor will make his long-awaited comeback when he faces Michael Chandler in the main event of UFC 303.

UFC 303 wraps up International Fight Week 2024 with more fights confirmed for the big event in Las Vegas. Joe Pyfer will make his return to the cage after his first loss in the UFC against Jack Hermansson in February.

The middleweight talent was on a five-fight winning streak before the defeat to UFC Swede Hermansson, and he’s back to take it back. He takes on Canadian Marc-Andre Barriault, who is also looking to return to the win column.

Barriault suffered a split-decision loss to Chris Curtis in his last fight, which ended a two-fight winning streak against Julian Marquez and Eryk Anders.

In addition to Pyfer vs. Barriault, we will also see a strawweight encounter between Gillian Robertson and UFC veteran Michelle Waterson-Gomez.

Robertson knocked out Polyana Viana in her last fight and won a Performance of the Night bonus. Now, she’ll take on 38-year-old “Karate Hottie” Waterson-Gomez, who’s in a tight spot.

Waterson-Gomez has lost four fights in a row and six of her last seven. If she loses this one, it will be the last we see of her in the octagon.

At the time of writing, UFC 303 looks like this:

  • In the welterweight division, Conor McGregor will face Michael Chandler.
  • Middleweight: Joe Pyfer vs. Marc-André Barriault.
  • Strawweight: Michelle Waterson-Gomez vs. Gillian Robertson.
  • Featherweight: Andre Fili vs. Cub Swanson.
  • Flyweight: Rei Tsuruya vs. Carlos Hernandez.
