Tyson Fury wants to retire – but first he wants to knock out Dillian Whyte!

The meeting with the interim champion Whyte may be Fury’s last appearance in the boxing ring, at least according to the heavyweight star himself. After this weekend’s bout, he only wants entertaining match-ups, for example against the UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou, but first Fury must of course continue the triumphant victory march against his fellow countrymen Whyte.

Weight is rarely a problem when bouts take place in the heavyweight division, and this time was no exception! Both heavyweights managed the weigh-ins without problems and seem to be pumped to get in the ring tomorrow.

“The Body Snatcher” Whyte weighed in at 253 lbs (about 115 kg), which is slightly heavier than what he usually weighs in at. However, the extra weight he carries will certainly come in handy when he tackles both the longer and heavier “The Gypsy King” Fury this weekend.

The undefeated Fury danced around on the scale during the weigh-ins and boasted his WBC title. “The Gypsy King” seems to be extremely confident ahead the event!

He has previously said that he does not respect the opponent’s knockout power and expects to finish him without any major problems. Fury weighed in slightly heavier at 264 lbs (about 120 kg).

Fury has an advantage both in terms of length and range, which in combination with his good footwork and incredible power in the fists can lead to big problems for Whyte in their match. We at MMAnytt predict  “The Gypsy King” victories in the later rounds. How do you think the match will take place?
