The UFC returns to the UK with spring London show
It’s official: The UFC will return to London, the English capital, for a spring show. The event, which is not yet named, will take place at the O2 Arena on March 21st. The promotion announced the event recently via social media. As of now there are no fights booked, but Darren Till is a strong and unofficial contender for a main event slot. Till and former middleweight champ Robert Whittaker have both agreed to face each other at the event, but the UFC have not confirmed or commented on the match up.

The last time the UFC were in the UK and, more specifically, The O2 Arena, was for UFC Fight Night: Till vs Masvidal. The main event saw a shocking upset, as Jorge Masvidal knocked out Till, the local favourite. The upcoming 2020 event at the O2 Arena in London with be the UFC’s tenth at that venue.
As of now there are no bouts or fighters officially booked, but a plethora of European fighters are expected to head to UFC London this upcoming spring.
