Paul Daley Says He’s Signing Contracts To Fight Jon Fitch And Michael Page
Paul Daley has been vocal of late about how Bellator has mistreated him since his win over Lorenz Larkin last year, but it appears they may have just offered him two big fights for 2018.
Speaking again via his Facebook page last evening, Daley stated that he was in the process of signing two contracts, one to fight Jon Fitch and another to take on his longtime rival, Michael “Venom” Page.
“Seems we have a 2018 fight timeline, that may look a lot like this. Signing both contracts “At the same dam time”
vs former UFC No1 contender Jon Fitch, in May 2018.
vs Micheal Page for the Battle of Britain, SUMMER 2018 blockbuster @ Wembley arena
…..To be continued.

Just over a week ago, Fitch revealed on his YouTube channel that he was a free agent and that he was in the process of talking to Bellator MMA.
“As of yesterday, Feb. 2nd, I am officially a free agent,” Fitch said. “I’m in talks with Scott Coker and Bellator right now, hopefully we can work something out by the end of this week.”
If Daley’s claim that he’s been offered a fight with Fitch, it would appear those talks went well and that the 39-year-old has indeed signed for Bellator MMA.
As for Daley’s claim that he could be fighting Page at the London SSE Arena in the summer, it would bring an end to nearly two and a half years of back and forth between the pair. The bad blood and ill-feeling has always been apparent, but to this point the fight has never come together.
Page hasn’t competed in MMA since his split decision win over Fernando Gonzalez in Nov. 2016.
Bellator are yet to comment on the matter.
