BKFC President Reveals Plans for Mike Perry’s Next Fight!
Mike Perry’s Success in BKFC
Former UFC fighter Mike Perry has found significant success in the Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship after leaving the leading MMA organization following a loss to welterweight Daniel Rodriguez at UFC Vegas 23 in 2021.
At 32 years old, Perry has defeated numerous MMA stars during his time in BKFC, including former UFC champions Luke Rockhold and Eddie Alvarez. Perry’s most recent victory was a dominant knockout win over former UFC fighter Thiago Alves at BKFC: Knucklemania IV.
Upcoming Opponent Rumors
While it remains unclear who Mike Perry will face in his next BKFC bout, BKFC president David Feldman shared some insights in an interview with MMA journalist Ariel Helwani. Feldman disclosed that the organization is considering a match between Dillon Danis and Perry.
“I’ve been thinking about him facing Dillon Danis for a while. Danis’ performance against Logan Paul wasn’t great, but there’s a lot of hype behind him. I know he’s good friends with Conor McGregor, so that might make sense. The only doubt I have is whether fans believe he can beat Perry,” Feldman remarked.
“In MMA, it would be different; he’s one of the best Jiu-Jitsu guys in the world. If he’s willing to take off the gloves, we’ll definitely negotiate with him. We’ve talked about a match in BKFC, but we didn’t agree on anything yet.”
