Johnson vs. Borg off UFC 215 – Nunes and Shevchenko headlines
Ray Borg fell ill during the weight cut and had to withdraw from the contest against flyweight champion Demetrious Johnson.

Illness has forced title challenger Ray Borg off the UFC 215 card in Edmonton. Borg was slated to get his first title shot in the UFC against pound-for-pound kingpin Demetrious “Mighty Mouse” Johnson. The news was reported yesterday by MMAjunkie.
Reports claim that Borg had another 8 lbs to cut when he chose to withdraw. With no replacement available, Johnson is also off the card. The event will now be headlined by Amanda Nunes vs. Valentina Shevchenko who face each other for a second time, but this time for the women’s bantamweight strap.
