Further Bouts Announced For Bellator Dublin With Kiefer Crosbie, Will Fleury, Ryan Curtis In Action
Bellator will be back on Irish shores on Feb. 23 with James Gallagher taking on Steven Graham in the main event of Bellator 218.
Earlier this week, Bellator announced that the co-main event will see Gallagher’s SBG Ireland teammate Peter Queally taking on Myles Price in a fascinating lightweight bout.
Several other matchups were revealed this morning (via SeanSheehan of SevereMMA) with several other SBG fighters in action.
Added to the main card, the Cage Warriors light heavyweight champion Karl Moore (8-2) will take on the former BAMMA and EFC middleweight champion Yannick Bahati (8-4-1 NC). Moore is coming off the back of a loss at Cage Warriors 92 where he was defeated by the Cage Warriors heavyweight champion Mauro Cerilli. Bahati is currently riding a three-fight losing streak having lost to Dricus Du Plessis, Mike Shipman and Damian Janikowski.
On the prelim portion of the card, Kiefer Crosbie (5-0) will face Daniel Olejniczak (3-2-1) in welterweight action. Krosbie made a successful Bellator debut earlier this month when he defeated Orland D’Ambrosio via a unanimous decision at Bellator 211. Olejniczak has previously faced two of Crosbie’s SBG teammates Cian Cowley and Richard Kiely and lost on both occasions. The Pole is coming off the back of a win over Makinde Adeyemi at Clan Wars 33.
Also added to the card, Will Fleury (4-1) will look to bounce back from a defeat in his Bellator debut when he takes on Shaun Taylor (8-1).
Ryan “Chaos” Curtis (4-1) will be hoping to make his Bellator MMA debut with a win when he takes on Luis Gonzalez (8-4).
Ian Cleary (1-1) will take on Micky Doran who will be making his professional MMA debut.
