Anthony ‘Pretty Boy’ Taylor Signs For BAMMA And Faces Dean Barry At BAMMA 35

Anthony 'Pretty Boy' Taylor has signed for BAMMA and will face Dean Barry at BAMMA 35 on May 12.

Anthony ‘Pretty Boy’ Taylor has signed with British promotion BAMMA and will make his promotional debut at their upcoming fight card in Dublin, Ireland on May 12.

Sources close to MMANytt have revealed that Taylor will fight Dean Barry (1-0) who fights out of the Tristar Gym in Montreal, Canada in a lightweight bout.

Taylor (2-5) is best known for having fought both James Gallagher and Adam Borics in Bellator. The 28-year-old has gone 1-2 since those losses having beaten Trey Branch last November, but then dropping losses to Brian Del Rosario and then Adrian Guzman earlier this month. The American will no doubt be looking to get off on the right foot under the BAMMA banner, but he’s going to have his work cut out on May 12.

Barry (1-0) hails from Dublin, Ireland and has a highly impressive martial arts background with European and world titles in kickboxing. The Irishman made his professional MMA debut last September where he defeated Thomas Thatcher via first round TKO on Shamrock FC 294. Last month it was revealed that Barry had signed an exclusive multi-fight deal with BAMMA and he will now get to walk out in front of his own fans on his promotional debut next month.

BAMMA is yet to confirm a main event for the fight card which takes place in just 11 days time:
