Allen Crowder, who defeated Greg Hardy, among 11 fighters cut by UFC
The UFC have begun cutting fighters before the end of the year. MMA Junkies Nolan King recently obtained information regarding eleven fighters that were cut by the UFC as of late. While there are familiar names, none of the cuts are particularly surprising.
The biggest name of the bunch was undoubtedly Brazilian submission expert Sergio Moraes, who had 14 fights in the UFC. While he holds impressive wins over fighters such as Neil Magny, Omari Akhmedov and Ben Saunders, 2019 was not kind to welterweight Moraes as he lost three straight bouts, two via T/KO.

Fellow welterweight Zak Ottow was also let go by the UFC. Ottow has alternated wins and losses since he debuted in the UFC in 2016. He holds wins over Josh Burkman and Mike Pyle, with losses to Li Jingliang and Sage Northcutt amongst others.
Heavyweight Allen Crowder also, unsurprisingly, was cut by the UFC. He was knocked out in the first round in his two UFC losses, and his only win was a disqualification victory over controversial former NFL star Greg Hardy.
