Artem Lobov Books Next Fight After Conor McGregor Fiasco in Brooklyn
Artem Lobov has booked his next fight at UFC Fight Night in Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada as he takes on Zubaira Tukhogov on Oct. 27.
The matchup was announced by UFC officials earlier this week.

For Lobov, this will serve as his return to action after he was involved in the assault on a bus ahead of UFC 223 back in April that was led by former two-division champion Conor McGregor.
McGregor initiated the melee while attempting to get at current lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov, who was involved in a separate altercation with Lobov earlier that same week.
Lobov was originally scheduled to compete at UFC 223 but he was yanked from the card after participating in the bus assault alongside McGregor.
Now the former “Ultimate Fighter” finalist is back in action as he takes on Tukhogov in Canada in October.
Tukhugov is currently 3-1 in the UFC while training out of the same camp as Nurmagomedov in San Jose.
As McGregor prepares to face Nurmagomedov a few weeks earlier at UFC 229, Lobov will then meet Tukhobov in the latter part of October in the UFC’s return to Canada.
