The report details how Jamahal reached around James’ wife, who tried to intervene, and hit James again. The confrontation resulted in James suffering a knocked-out tooth and facial swelling. An unidentified witness corroborated James’ account, adding that Jamahal removed his shirt as James was “speaking truth”. It was also noted that Jamahal’s three children were present during the incident.
Hill was arrested shortly after midnight without incident and declined to speak to the police without his attorney. He has since cautiously addressed the incident on his YouTube channel, referring to it as an ongoing case. He expressed eagerness for the truth to come out in court. Jamahal Hill is expected back in court on January 22.
