UFC boss Dana White TRASHES Netflix’s Tiger King: “Stupid sh*t”
Despite fans all over the world being completely engulfed in the Netflix documentary series Tiger King, UFC president Dana White had little good to say about it.
While much of the world has been under some sort of quarantine during the current pandemic, there’s been plenty of time to catch up on films and TV series. Streaming services like Netflix and Disney+ have certainly been among the winners of this period of time, as more people than ever have tuned in to catch their favourite shows.
Netflix seemingly struck gold with the documentary series Tiger King, about a series of bizarre characters in the big cat industry. It’s a documentary series that truly embodies that saying that ‘Fact is stranger than fiction’, as it’s hard to believe that these characters exist – and that the things they do are legal. Fans around the world became hooked on the strange story, mostly focusing on the zoo owner called Joe Exotic. One person who wasn’t at all hooked on Tiger king was UFC president Dana White – Who gave the show a scathing review.

Speaking on the UFC Unfiltered podcast, White completely trashed the show, which he could only stomach two episodes of.
“I tried to watch the Tiger King. I don’t have Netflix or any of that sh*t. I turned it on and it ends and I’m like, ‘Wait a minute. There’s f*cking more than one of these? I’ve got to watch more than one of this stupid sh*t?”
“I watched No. 1 and No. 8,” White said. “… Bunch of f*cking goofballs, man. There is no way I’m watching f*cking eight episodes of this sh*it.”
It’s safe to say that White is not a fan of the series that has taken the world by storm.
Whether received positively or negatively, millions of people around the world tuned in to follow the bizarre story of Joe Exotic, who’s real name is Joseph Maldonado-Passage. He is currently serving a 22 year sentence for conspiracy to commit murder (of rival Zoo owner Carol Baskin) and for killing five of his own, healthy tigers for financial gain.
