Offical: Khabib signs bout agreement against Tony Ferguson
Khabib vs Ferguson is nearly done. Khabib Nurmagomedov has once again signed the papers to fight Tony Ferguson. Khabib’s manager Ali Abdelaziz broke the news on his Twitter and the date for Khabib vs. Ferguson will go down on April 18

Khabib vs Ferguson – Fifth time’s a charm?
It will be the fifth time that the UFC tries to put together a fight between the popular lightweights.
But even though the couple has been very close to sharing the cage, Khabib has canceled the fight twice because of injury and failed weight cut, while Ferguson most notable withdrawal was had a freak accident one week ahead of UFC 223.
Ferguson is riding on a twelve-bout win-streak while lightweight champion Khabib is undefeated with 28 straight wins. Khabib’s latest title defense was in early September when he defeated Dustin Poirier via submission, while Ferguson put a stop to Donald Cerrone at UFC 238 in June.
Khabib vs. Ferguson will headline the event that is scheduled to take place at Barclays Center in New York.
