MMAnytt Focus – Jack Hermansson Ep. 2: “Eyes on the gold”
The new season of MMAnytt Focus, our very own Embedded-inspired series, is here, this time following Swedish middleweight Jack Hermansson. The first episode debuted yesterday, showing part of Hermansson’s daily routine. Now episode two has dropped, continuing right where the first episode left off. In the new episode we join Hermansson during a cryo therapy session at Bare Flyt, and then the Olso-based Swede returns to Frontline Academy for the days second training regiment.

Hermansson faces Jared Cannonier in the main event at UFC Copenhagen this weekend. The Swede currently sits on a four fight winning streak, over the likes of David Branch and Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza. Cannonier is coming off of two straight TKO wins, most recently over former middleweight champ Anderson Silva.
