UFC on ESPN 4 results: Leon Edwards DOMINATES, Greg Hardy wins by TKO
UFC San Antonio, also called UFC on ESPN 4, took place tonight. Beforehand it was a card that hadn’t been hyped up immensely, as the two welterweights in the main event definitely are on the more quiet and civil side. In the cage though Leon Edwards would go on to dominate former lightweight champion Rafael dos Anjos over the course of five rounds, winning a clear cut unanimous decision.
Heavyweight Walt Harris scored the third fastest knockout in the UFC’s heavyweight division after finishing Aleksei Oleinik in just 12 seconds via strikes. Controversial former NFL star Greg Hardy needed just 45 seconds before the referee stepped in to call a stop to the action with Juan Adams. New Zeeland’s Dan Hooker returned to the win column with a strong showing against hometown favourite James Vick, coming over the top with a left that dropped his opponent.
