James Vick Now Faces Justin Gaethje in New Main Event at UFC in Nebraska
Lightweight contender James Vick wasted no time offering his services to step up to face Justin Gaethje in the new main event at UFC Fight Night in Lincoln, Nebraska on Aug. 25.
UFC officials announced the new pairing on Thursday night.

As soon as news dropped that Iaquinta was out of the main event, Vick was quick to throw his hat into the ring as a potential opponent.
The former “Ultimate Fighter” contender has won his last four fights in a row — three by way of knockout or submission — and he’s been anxiously awaiting his chance to face a top 10 ranked opponent.
Vick was originally scheduled to compete at UFC Fight Night in Idaho against Paul Felder on July 14. There’s no word yet on a new opponent for Felder
As for Vick, will get his chance agains that top 10 opponent when he faces Gaethje in a lightweight showdown headed to Nebraska in August.
