Bellator 187: AJ McKee Jr. vs Brian Moore Results
Bellator MMA and BAMMA return to the 3 Arena in Dublin, Ireland for their third ever co-promoted show in the Emerald Isle.
Bellator 187 will be headlined by AJ McKee Jr. taking on SBG’s Brian Moore in the main event of the evening. McKee Jr. has a long standing rivalry with SBG and has made no secret of the fact that he would love to one day fight Moore’s teammate, James Gallagher. “The Strabanimal” was expected to headline the event himself only a few weeks ago, but when Gallagher suffered a knee injury, Bellator made the call to switch McKee Jr. to the main event and pair him against Moore.
Outside of the main event, there’s plenty local interest with Paul Redmond, Sinead Kavanagh, John Redmond and Charlie Ward all representing for Ireland. Below you can keep up to date with all the results as they happen from the 3 Arena.
AJ McKee Jr. def. Brian Moore via submission (RNC), Round 3
Sinead Kavanagh def. Maria Casanova via TKO (strikes), Round 1
Charlie Ward def. John Redmond via TKO (strikes), Round 1
Kevin Ferguson Jr. def. Fred Freeman via submission (RNC), Round 1
